자기 자리를 지키는 일이다.
곁에 사람이 없다고 아무것도 없는 것은 아니다. 아침의 볕이 오고, 낮의 바람이 오고,
저녁의 물빛이 온다. 혼자인 사람은 그것들을 하나도 흘려보내지 않는다.
외로움은 아무도 없는 빈자리가 아니다.
한 사람이 자기 자신과 함께 깊이 머무는 자리다.
여럿 속에서 잃어버렸던 자기를, 혼자인 자리에서 도로 만난다.
