Haechon — the sea village. The year 2000, first year of a new millennium.
The sun rises over the sea village. Ochre light wraps around it. This is not a simple landscape. This is a painting that blesses the twenty-five years the painter lived on this island.
When he first came to Jeju, he knew nothing. Now he knows: this sun rises every day. Ochre light wraps the village every day. And that does not change.
