산방산
Sanbangsan does not move.
Not when the typhoon comes.
Not when the waves come.
The buttress of the island's west.
The memory of stone left by the volcano.
Byun Shi-Ji, too, tried to resemble Sanbangsan:
to shake but not collapse,
to exist but not insist.
