Road
비원의 길은
목적지가 없다
꺾이고 돌아가고
또 꺾인다
나무의 그늘을 따라
물의 방향을 따라
사람이 만든 것이 아니라
자연이 허락한 곳에만
길이 생겼다
그래서 이 길을 걸으면
어디로 가고 있는지 모른다
그러나 잃어버렸다는 느낌은 없다
English
The path through Biwon
has no destination.
It bends, turns back,
bends again—
following the shade of trees,
following the direction of water.
Not made by human will
but laid only where nature permitted.
That is why, walking this path,
you do not know where you are going.
Yet there is no feeling of being lost.
